Anita is a certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor as well as Reiki Master. She has been teaching yoga, Pilates and meditation for over 10 years. She teaches both privately and at various fitness centres from Hamilton to Toronto, ON. Follow Anita through her journey on the path to enhancing levels of awareness both within herself and others. She believes that we all have an important contribution to make to our own life and the lives of others. Anita has a thirst for knowledge and has worked alongside her guru in India who has shown her the path to living in harmony and balance with life lessons that echo the yogic principles of oneness, inner peace and interdependence.
