Meditation Poem

A description of how it feels in a meditative state.

Moments of peace have more meaning.
Times of stillness give us a gleaning.
A glimpse of fullness,
And the colors of feelings.
Blue, green and gold thoughts gently streaming
Without any effort for you to hold.
Conscious of everything and of nothing
At the same time.

More and more learning about the other side
Of yourself and of being;
A gentle flowing of all your senses
Which are sensing your foreverness
For a little while.
